Terms of service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Purpose and eligibility
Inbox Zero AI analyzes your inbox, ranks your email by urgency, archives what it judges irrelevant and prepares draft replies.
You must be 16 or older and hold a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
2. What the service does and does not do
The service archives by removing the Inbox label. It never permanently deletes an email.
It may create drafts. It sends no email without your explicit approval, unless you yourself turn off the "always ask before sending" option.
Ranking is produced by a statistical model. It can be wrong. You remain responsible for reading your email and for the consequences of a missed message.
3. Plans, billing and refunds
The Free plan is limited to 100 triaged emails per month and funded by advertising. Pro and Business are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe or RevenueCat.
Cancel any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
30-day guarantee: on request within 30 days of a first payment, we refund in full, no questions asked.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to process mailboxes you do not own or lack written authorization for, not to circumvent the technical limits of the service, and not to extract its outputs to train competing models.
5. Availability and liability
We target 99.5% availability excluding planned maintenance, with no contractual service-level commitment on Free and Pro. A formal SLA is available on request for Business.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including opportunity lost through an unread email.
6. Changes and governing law
Any material change is announced by email 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
